Millhouse Electronics

I am sorry to hear someone had a 1 star experience because mine (my parents) is totally different. My parents are retired and live outside of town with very few options for internet service. Satellite just can’t cut it for streaming, so fortunately Millhouse was/​is an option. They have been using the service for approximately 2 years and have had only one time when it went down (maintenance or upgrade). Trust me, my parents are addicted to netflix, so I heard about it when it went down.
The reason I feel compelled to write such a positive review is that one of their employees (brian?) went out there after hours to help them with their connection and the problem had nothing to do with Millhouse. Who does that any more? Right thing to do? Yes! Amazing thing to do? Absolutely! There was no upside for him to do this other than being a great human with the compassion to help others when they need it.
Despite crazy wind out west of town and power outages, only being down one time is amazing. Keep up the great work!

I am very happy with this company! I had a big corporate company for my internet service before switching to and I will never go back!!!
