Went with Dad to have a picture printed on canvas. They were very helpful and the print was perfect.

Eilleen here was my first experience and I was not happy. Coming into here she told me that she would take care of other packages first before helping me. I usually don’t care but the packages didn’t have a person attached to them… meaning I was the only waiting customer and that Tahoe items could’ve been taken care of after me. It’s different if you are closing in 5 minutes where okay you want to get everything cleared before nights over but this office is open till midnight.
After realizing I couldn’t send my mail, there wasn’t a, «thank you for waiting» or «sorry about the inconvenience» it was her going on to the next task.
Overall…the only reason I would come here is because they are open later than others… period end of story!
