Cheyenne Frontier Days Ticket Office

Went to PBR Tuesday night. As much money as it cost to go out there, the bathrooms are disgusting. No paper towels, soap, and the floor was so wet and dirty. This was the one right by the buckle club, in the exhibit hall. CFD this is not the way to keep our tourists coming back.

Tickets were supposed to go on sale today at 9:00am for all the concerts in the 2013 Frontier Days lineup. When I tried to get ANY lower level blue zone seats for Jason Aldean they were already sold out at 9:00am? The strangest thing I found was Stub-​Hub already had them for sale before 9:00am on their website for like double the price. It is obvious they are preselling tickets and letting the public have the leftovers at 9:00am. CFD has become nothing but a big disappointment the last several years in the way it is being operated. Two years ago the same thing happened trying to get Zack Brown tickets and again today so it is not a fluke.
My wife said a person told her on the phone to try Facebook to get the better seats next time? Um, why not disclose this to begin with on your website some place? Totally disappointed in CFD and the way they let scalpers get tickets before the public. This has now become the last place I care to see any concerts as a result.

They really need to be a little bit more organized. It seems like every day they have a huge rush, an hour prior to the rodeo, and they just can not handle it. Half the window (sales area) are open and the staff that is working is in slow motion. I realize many times the people purchasing tickets are the hold up because they don’t know what they want/​need for the price. It would be very helpful for the «novice» rodeo goers if they had a huge diagram showing seats and pricing so there wasn’t so much time spent on «what do those seats cost».
PS My best suggestion to ticket buyers: purchase our tickets for the next day, after the previous days show OR better yet order tickets early and have them shipped to you can avoiding this building altogether.
