The negative reviews for this place were from years ago and they seemed to be fine now. From my experience, this place is excellent. My husband used this service to send me a gorgeous autumn arrangement for my anniversary. I actually took a year long floral design class in college and I must say this arrangement is lovely. It has the perfect balance in both color and size. The bouquet was delivered to me directly at my office. It’s good to see a florist with such a person touch. I would highly recommend.

I am from CA and I ordered flowers for my friend’s birthday. She lives on base and was assured the flowers would arrive on Saturday(a day before her birthday). I did not hear anything from my friend or the flower shop all weekend so I decided to call on Monday and see what happened. They told me that they had called my friend to deliver the flowers and she had not answered(I later asked my friend and she said she had received no such call). I spoke with an employee who told me they would try again on Tuesday. I called my friend later that night to tell her to expect a call and she told me that she had been receiving calls from the shop and that when she answered every call(there were about 5) they would say they had the wrong number. I basically had to tell my friend about the flowers(and ruin the surprise) so that she was aware of the delivery set to happen on Tuesday. I called this morning extremely disappointed and asked to speak to the manager about the situation. She put me on hold and told me her version of the story(they tried calling, made 2 delivery attempts, etc.). I told her I was not happy since the did not even call me to let me know what happened. They were supposed to provide a service and everything was explained at the time of purchase. She then asked me what she could do to make me happy. She didn’t even offer up a solution and I basically told her that since I am in CA I would appreciate it if she would deliver the flowers today. The only good thing was that the flowers did come out lovely. But then they misspelled a name: Freddy became Greddy. Needless to say if they had made more of an effort to communicate and try and make me(the customer) happy, I would use them again. Next time I think I’ll stick to 1−800-FLOWERS.

Not impressed. Ordered flowers for valentines day for my wife and what I thought I ordered and what I got was total different. Lesson learned, buyer beware, ensure you read your receipt and don’t make assumptions.
