We had our truck repaired here in January 2014. We had the front wheel u-​joint replaced. We provided most of the parts. After providing the parts, our cost was around 400.00 dollars. Two days ago the u-​joint and the axle separated due to the fact that Bear Traxx installed it incorrectly. We took our truck to a local garage for the SAME repair and learned that it was not only incorrectly installed but some of the parts?! Needless to say, we are out an additional 2200.00 as of today for the same exact issue plus other damages. We will NOT be recommending Bear Traxx. In fact, we will do what we can to save others the hassle of patronizing this haphazard establishment.
