Very complete eye exam in a nice space. Dr. Parela is very nice (and funny), which makes the exam much more pleasant than the usual optical appointment. He also takes his time with patients and explains the status of the patient’s vision. The staff is very nice and very helpful when choosing new glasses. I really, really like A New Concept!

Very professional, I’ve had my eyes checked here over the last two years. Their doctors are great, they take their time to listen and explain their results. My first exam was routine, quick and easy. This last exam was due to medical concerns, they really took care of me and bent over backwards to answer my questions and get my lenses asap. I’ve visited other places in town and they don’t come close to the great costumer service I received here.

I stopped going because of the women at the front desk didn’t know how to handle my insurance. Every time we went, they would ask if we had insurance. I had the same insurance for the last ten years that I went to the clinic. I stopped going since I didn’t want to deal with their nonsense!
