Quest Diagnostics Laboratory

It’s a three star location but the employees here are definitely four stars. It’s located in the Barlow building in Chevy Chase. There is parking available as well. This lab is on the 13^th floor. It has a large waiting room but it’s not fancy at all. So don’t expect the same look and feel of that downtown Chevy Chase area. The staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. That’s why they get four stars. They are pleasant, know how to interact with human beings, and make an effort.
The location itself needs a makeover. I went when there was literally no one else waiting so I was in and out fairly quickly. So I can’t comment on wait times at all. I just walked in and did not book online and had no issues.
