Beautiful store in the luxury goods Wisconsin Avenue corridor of Friendship Heights. Two stories tall, this Ralph Lauren location includes the RL Home collection, which includes furniture, lighting, bedding, fabrics, tabletop, floor coverings and gifts. The men’s sections, which are comprised of several rooms on the ground floor include the Black Label, Polo, Made To Measure, RLX, Golf, accessories and footwear collections. For the ladies, the Black Label, Polo, accessories and footwear collections are represented.
Service is courteous and efficient.

This location offers a great selection of polo shirts as well a lot of dress shirts and specialty items. They also carry purple label and black label. The store is always well stocked and the staff exceptional.

I have never been what I considered the Ralph Lauren type until this season and while I have shopped all three local stores I am now completely sold on the Chevy Chase location. It’s the closest you can get to visiting the flagship mansion in NYC and has the added bonus of having a terrific sales associate — Wesley — who has proven to me time and time again that he understands what customer service is all about. Special orders, no problem, and he follows through to make sure that I get what I want and in the time frame promised if not in stock or in my size. I also really like the fact that he dresses in the Ralph Lauren image. If you go to a store and the associates are wearing clothes that obviously aren’t indicative of the brand they’re selling, that tells me that they don’t value and believe in what they are trying to sell to me.

I went to this store to return an item purchased online.
I was hoping to exchange the same item for a different size, but they did not stock this particular item in the store.
I returned the item, and purchased another item. The transaction took 30 minutes, and I was the only customer in the store.
The manager-​type who was in charge of the return was surly and discourteous to me, and berated her employee in front of me. It was not a pleasant experience, and I will not be returning.

This store is wonderful, the vibe you get when you walk in is Frank Sinatra, the employees are nice, the clothes are beautiful, and the crisp feeling of the objects you buy there… priceless…please do indulge your self in this shopping experience that is second to none…
