Talk about awful customer service! I’ve never been treated worse walking into a retail environment! I walked in to look for a large area rug for our bedroom. No one greated me. I had to walk over to a woman sitting behind a counter and ask for help. She seemed as though she could not be bothered. And then proceeded to keep saying to me «We have many rugs wrapped up… explain what you are looking for!» How about… you are the one selling the rug… is there some samples of patterns that you can offer a potential customer? When I told her the size I was looking for(12×15), she told me I would pay at least $ 6,000…but that would be the«bottom of the barrel» rug… so most likely I would need to spend closer to $ 10,000+… Next she told me that noone could bother to show me any of these rugs because they were in the middle of a customer appraisal? What kind of a business is this? I walked out. There is too much competition for my business to deal with begging people to show me their inventory. I will NOT be back. To be honest, I feel like I was treated poorly because the woman felt as though I may not be able to afford the rug… Big mistake Ma’am.
