LookSharp Cleaners – Chevy Chase

That was the first time at the sharp cleaner at the Bethesda location and I was very pleased with the quality of the service. My clothes were sparkling clean and well pressed and the staff was extremely friendly. Thanks Sharp Cleaner to make me look great. I will recommend Sharp Cleaner to everyone who is looking to look sharp as the best destination to have their clothes clean.

I brought in a beautiful men’s Khaki sports coat which was covered with red wine. A waitress spilled a large glass of Red wine on the entire front & both sleeves. The staff at Look Sharp were very optimistic about removing all the stains. After a week, we checked back & the majority of stains were GONE! The manager did not want to give us the jacket until it was cleaned to their expectations and standards. We were not charged for the jacket until is was perfectly cleaned. The following week, we picked up the jacket & it WAS AMAZING… No Red Wine & No Water Marks. Over my 25 years in Northern Virginia, I have used other cleaners including the $ 1.95 & Zips & One Price, but, you get what you pay for… dingy clothes. I can say without any hesitation that the Management of Look Sharp at all locations is the BEST in Virginia, DC, & Maryland. The high standards, quality, personal care, and eco-​friendly nature of this business is beyond compare. I can only believe that the reviews done by John R. and Ryan T. are malicious & they are toxic people.
LOOK SHARP CLEANERS deserves all stars & the two negative reviews should be removed & discredited.

My fear for dry cleaners has diminished after my encounter with look sharp. They have provided me a great client experience with punctuality, cleanliness and exceptional work ethics.

Outstanding service, great job with my dry cleaning. I’m puzzled by some of the other reviews, because my experience has been quite the opposite. I get a lot of shirts laundered, suits dry cleaned — I’m a happy customer!

I took my shirts to this cleaners. They lost one, and the service was terrible. I used to use Royal Cleaners, but this place it terrible. I would avoid at all costs.

This used to be a great dry cleaner when it was called Royal Cleaners, but management has changed. I took my suit in to be cleaned for only the second time, so it was fairly new. When I got it back there was a huge hole on the leg of the pants. I didn’t notice it for a few months because I don’t wear that suit often. When I finally realized I brought it back in (with the dry cleaning tags still on it) and the owner TJ seemed to be responsive but it was all lip service. He took the pants and said he would have someone attempt to fix them. I didn’t see how there was any way they could be fixed, but I thought I would give him a chance. A few weeks later I was told the pants were ready. They literally just stitched back and forth over the hole 10 times. I honestly think it looked better as just a hole. He admitted it looked horrible and said he would try again. It turned out better with a patch but unless I am dressing as a clown its unwearable. I figured after all that he would reimburse me for the price of the suit he ruined less a depreciation percentage. Instead he sent me a letter apologizing and admitting that in the past they had an overly aggressive stain cleaner. He also gave me a bottle of wine. A nice gesture, but this was a suit for which I just paid $ 500. I pressed him more and he finally relented and offered a $ 200 credit. I didn’t want to deal with it anymore so I accepted. I went in a year later, because I moved on to another cleaner after all that, to use this $ 200 credit and was told there was nothing noted in my account. I left my number to have the owner call me. No response. Avoid the hassle, choose another cleaner (one across the street is great).
