Hands down the best dentist office around. Friendly staff, super clean, modern office and Dr. Balon was truly great with my kids! A++++

One word. .. Outstanding! A perfect blending of old fashion personal touch, knowledge, and state of the art — high tech.
While searching for a local dentist, I came across Precision Dental Center and Dr. John Balon, and his staff. From the scheduling of appointment to the day after treatment, I have been thoroughly impressed. My appointment was at 9am, and I sat down in the treatment room with Dr. Balon and his assistant at 9am. Prior to coming into the office I went to their website (
) and was equally wowed by how easily negotiable and the resources available, directions, times, contact and scheduling software. Oh, and they return your emails and phone calls!
After filling out a new patient survey and questionnaire, Dr. Balon sat down and chatted with me. Made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and treated me with respect. (He never once scolded me or made me feel guilty for past dental hygiene sins) The clinical and office support staff took the time to go over insurance, procedures, comfort issues.
I had a comprehensive initial exam, x-​rays, and reviewed those with the doctor to develop a phased treatment plan based on my insurance, my immediate needs (pain and abscess), schedule, finances, and other issues. Afterwards, we discussed remedial treatments to stabilize my mouth, which will allow me to decide on the treatment options presented. The communications between doctor and staff is respectful, relaxed, professional, which gave me a sense of being at ease.
I had to start with 3 extractions. We did them that morning. During the entire process, I was made to feel comfortable, relaxed, and I felt they had a genuine concern for my well-​being. Afterwards, my scripts were already to be picked up at the local pharmacy. Dr. Balon called me later that evening to check on how I was feeling and to recommend some pain management techniques. His staff gave me helpful information for followup and to research my future treatment options.
What made this choice easier was the fact that here is a professional, who chose to bring his business back to the community where he and his wife went to school, and grew up. Once you meet Dr. Balon, his staff Tiffany and Faith, and see the state-​of-​the-​art facility and equipment, you will agree with me.
Also, the dunes artwork and newly remodeled office spaces are top-​notch.
I would highly recommend Precision Dental Center. My wife is making an appointment for herself, I’m sticking my neck out and posting on FB.
