They’re lucky to have one star. My boyfriend and I fell in love with this property! We got approved, reserved our apartment about a month from our scheduled move in date. Everything was going perfectly till one week before our move in date we received a call from Susan, who had a vicious attitude on the phone, saying she needed our pay stubs immediately to complete our file. We were under the impression everything was ready to go. We chose to ignore her less than pleasant attitude and comply with her request. We were already approved and ready to go, right? Nope. We then received a phone call FOUR DAYS before our scheduled move saying we don’t meet the income requirevents because my gross income is to «high.»
So now we sit here apartmentless with boxes packed and furniture bought due to their incompetence. If you chose to live here make sure they check EVERYTHING before promising you a move in date.
