1. Cynthia never responded in a timely manner. (If at all.)
2. Kept $ 200 to transfer a house which she forgot and failed to do.
3. Nine weeks later she still hasn’t filed the case against my trustee.
4. Never gives updates or explains why she isn’t moving forward.
5. Always asks the same questions as though she knows nothing about the same case she has been on for months.
6. Changes her story every time you speak to her and could even change it up to five times in the same conversation.
Very rude and when warned we would report her to The Bar if she stole our money (Only $ 200) and she said that was fine and hung up! Very shady.
