They added so many bogus fees and charges to the bill, including specific things they never even did to my basement. They did not provide an estimate beforehand or notify me what they were doing to my basement and the subsequent charges for this uncommunicated work that would then be incurred. Lots of things they charged for are things I could have done myself ($ 90 to remove the baseboards? $ 2k for dehumidifiers? I could have bought several for that price). What should have cost $ 5k resulted in almost $ 10k. My impression is that they’re taking advantage of their clients’ situations and attempting to maximize their bottom line. Definitely would NOT recommend.
