We contracted with Mark Cannella to do an energy inspection of our home. The process identified several things to be done to improve efficiency. We then contracted with his company to do the work. He in turn hired a sub-contractor, Dan Farizel, to do the work. They did most of it, apparently well, and we paid them. However, they promised to complete one small task in the coming weeks. Months have gone by and they never did the work. Furthermore, neither Mark nor Dan will respond to me phone calls or email.
