Avoid this place at all cost! You’d better better quality and service by buying a frozen pizza from next door at the grocery store.

went to store to pick up order as I’m waiting saw employees touching food with bare hands and one of them scratched there nose and continued to prepare the pizza I canceled my order and left

I don’t have anything against this Pizza hut the pizza was always hot and delicious. The employees were always nice. The Pizza hut is in a bad neighborhood but for location what are you going to do.

Ordered a pizza for the first time from here. Was quoted 70 min. They were 15 min late. Okay, whatever. Got the pizza, went to eat it, and it was cold and hard. This place is only a mile away from where I live. It should not have been cold. Fail.

This Pizza Hut is the WORST. We have ordered from this location multiple times, and literally never has our order been right. And also has it never taken less than 2 hours, even on a Tuesday at like 3pm. Once we ordered wings and were told that because it was raining, they couldn’t work the fryer (??) so we couldn’t have that part of our order, but rather than a refund it, they gave our account a «credit». We tried to use that credit twice and it never showed on the receipt.
On our last order, absolutely nothing was right. We had two pizzas, and between them were 4 missing toppings, wrong sauce on each, and wrong crusts on each. When I called to let them know about my completely botched order, no one answered, so I was transferred to the call center. They «credited my account» for the cost of the pizzas, which is basically of no use with this location. Asked for a full refund and was told the manager of the location would have to issue that. I have been emailing the manager for a refund, and he writes back the same exact response every time, no matter what my message said (obviously a form email).
Even if this place delivers to you, don’t order from them. They are so horrible.

My wife attempted to order pizza again from this location. After an hour she called and was told tough sh#!. Katitlyn that answers the phone is very professional and courteous but she is controlled by manager Donald who should not be allowed to work anywhere around customers. He hung up on me after I requested a refund due to the pizza still not being delivered 90 min late. He also repermanded her for allowing me to speak to her. Once the pizza arrived it was covered in garlic as to sabotage the order. Un eatable. I have contacted area manger and franchise owner as well as local media. I was able to hear the comments that were being made by Donald about our order because I was not put on hold. There is obviously a hostile work environment created by Donald and the employees are forced apologize for his actions. Again I applaud Kaitlyn on her professionalism and I encourage her to seek legal re precautions for the environment she is forced to deal with. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION. I am making it my mission to let all of richmond know about the treatment of employees at this location and patiently waiting for the owners response

Ordered for delivery and waited for 2 hours before receiving a cold pizza. Called after the first hour and again after 90 min and both times I got a rude its on its way. Won’t be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

I ordered a pizza for delivery a few nights ago. Waited two hours and called. They said it was on the way so I let it go. Waited another hour, called back and they said it would be free… Well it was free because I still haven’t gotten it. This location is a joke!

The food is good but the employees there are not. Almost every time I go there the person ringing me up seems to have that «I don’t wanna be here» attitude and take it out in me. I normally order online so I don’t have to talk to someone

I was ignored also. I watched 3 people sitting in back just talking. they knew I was there. possibly dirtiest place I’ve ever seen too.

Very unprofessional and no concern for a customer at all. You are pretty much ignored if you go during any time that is remotely busy. I’ll drive out to get my own pizza somewhere else before I ever come back here. Wait times are just made up numbers they tell customers. Don’t waste your money.
