Pinnacle Personal and Performance Training

I started training with Kate from Pinnacle back in September 2011, and since then I’ve lost almost 35 pounds. I’ve never been so happy to buy new clothes! Besides getting new rags, I feel amazing. Before starting with Pinnacle, I was on high blood pressure meds every day. Now, the doctor has taken me off the meds, saving me $ 60 a month in pills! Everyone notices the difference. I’ve tried gym memberships in the past, but they just didn’t work. When you work with the trainers at Pinnacle they will review your eating habits and make appropriate suggestions on what you should eat more or less of. They really are professionals at Pinnacle, and I’ve been awestruck on just how knowledgeable they are regarding the body. Just go ask Jason a question about some fitness related subject, the in depth reply you get back is inspiring. I like it when I’m working with professionals.
