I couldn’t complain if wanted to! Design a pizza, I got one with massive amounts of meat! The pan crust is somewhat thick. Only $ 6.99/person. Only like $ 2.99 for a side salad. So cheap!

This is a terrific little place where you can make your own pizza. The only thing I would improve is that sometimes the dining room needs to be cleaned up or bussed up. It can be dirty at times. Other than that, it’s an awesome place to go for a good lunch or dinner.

Pie Five, what a gem I’ve discovered. This place is awesome! This is pretty much a make it yourself personal pizza for an extremely good price. They have a boat load of different toppings that you can add to the different sauces on their pizza crust. If you aren’t adventurous you can just take a default pre-made that they’ve designed and stay safe that way! The inside has a good amount of seating, not cramped, and the food tastes awesome. The ingredients seemed fresh and every pizza is made on the dot. No pre-made pizzas so all the food you get is fresh. You can unlock an offer on Unilocal to make it so that the pizza is only 5 dollars no matter how many toppings you add or how you want it made. This place is definitely a go to if you are in the Chesterfield airport area, I’ll definitely be back to this place.

Great pizza and salads. We’re using Unilocal to branch out from traditional chains. This franchise I understand originated in Texas. Manager most appreciative of our compliments. We’ll be back on every trip to Nashville! Oops. Wrong location. Was looking for one in St. Louis. Oh well, I’m sure this one will be as good as Nashville location.

My go-to lunch stop. For quick, cheap, fully-customizable pizza, you can’t beat Pie Five. I can get a 7-topping pizza – pepperoni, bacon strips, sausage, garlic, meatballs, jalapeños, and basil pesto – with a slice of dessert cookie/brownie and a soda from the Freestyle Coca-Cola machine for $ 10. The staff is attentive and friendly, particularly the gentleman who was working the register when I visited today. Sure, it’s not the best pizza you’ll ever taste, but there will always be drawbacks to immediately-ready pizza. Taste-wise, it’s about on par with Domino’s or Pizza Hut, but cheaper, faster, and more customizable. The dessert is their weakest offering, but it’s decent enough to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Pretty good and fast pizza any way you want it. It’s not amazing but good for the convenience and pricing.

Service was outstanding, menu is solid with lots of choices(gluten free too) and they sell beer and wine too. I was a bit disappointed with the crust(too soft) given the 5-minute baking, so I wonder if that can be adjusted. I think this is a good place for a quick pizza fix. I enjoyed it and will be back.

I came here for the first time during lunch and really enjoyed the food. I would suggest you come when you’re not in a rush. It does take a few minutes to bake the pizza and is not good for those in need of a quick bite. I really enjoyed the shrimp scampi pizza they had and really like they put your salad in a crust bowl. Also, because I checked in on Unilocal I was able to save 2 dollars on my pizza. I highly recommend this place.

Was not expecting much for a fast pizza place but have to admit, with the crust options, sauce options and good meat options, it’s a pretty good pizza. Will be back. BTW: they know what customer service means… nicest restaurant people dealt with in a long time. All smiles and would do anything to help.

Came here for a work lunch and it was a great experience. There were about 20 of us and we all got our food within a half hour. Quite impressive. I had the Tuscan Chicken pizza with a side salad and a drink. At $ 9.99 it’s a very nice deal. The pizza is about 10″ in diameter so the salad helped fill me up. And all the employees were friendly and had a good sense of humor. We’re definitely coming back here.

It was bigger than I thought it was going to be. 6.99 $ for a supreme was worth it, but I don’t think it would be worth paying for just cheese or pepperoni. Had the shrimp scampi and it was good just super salty.

1st visit… I like this place much better than Pieology. I went for the St. Louis Supreme, no mushrooms. I thought the flavor was pretty good for a 5 min Fast Casual pizza, get the Magic Dust sprinkled on your pizza. Nope, it’s that type of ‘magic’ show, but it’s a combo of cheeses. Next time, i’ll get a few extra shakes on mine. I like the fact that it’s 6.99 for build your own and just so happened that tonight there was a Unilocal coupon for $ 5! Their Sweet Black Tea was great… the right amount of sweetness.

Interesting new concept build your own fast pizza restaurant. Fast service, good quality and good value for a weeknight visit. I could see this being a great place for kids or sports teams as well. Enjoyed our visit and joined their frequent visitor program. Haven’t been back yet, but they do send good offers from time to time.

I have been meaning to try Pi Five for a while. We came in with our soccer team of rowdy 1st graders and their families. Pi Five was a great choice for our end of season soccer celebration. I ordered the Tuscan chicken pizza and it was very good. Just the right size. My kids enjoyed the kids pizza of their choice. The mango ginger tea was also very good. Great selection of pizzas and salads. Pizzas were ready quickly too. Staff was friendly and bathrooms were modern and clean. Will definitely be back with my family.

I was excited to see this place open because I missed having a similar pizza restaurant in the South(YourPie). Overall, I was happy with this place. It’s like $ 7 for a personal pizza with as many toppings as you want. I’ve been for lunch and dinner and the wait times can be a little much. Anyway, I was pleased with it and will definitely go back. I’m not going to wet myself over the vegetables not being locally grown, chemically free, or some other trendy gimmick. Or something tasting ‘bland’. It’s a $ 7 personal pizza FFS.

This is my second visit to Pie Five. I like the options for a custom pizza and $ 6.99 is a great price for the end result. It’s the Chipotle of pizza. I would go back again if I’m in the valley at lunchtime.

I love that they make the pizza right in front of you(think Subway) and they do not charge extra for additional toppings. The lunch special is a good deal — get a pizza, salad or dessert and drink for about $ 10. My Italian salad was delicious! Didn’t try the desserts, but they looked amazing. They are very quick(pizza in 5 minutes), but there was a long line when we went around 1pm. It was probably because of the time of day, but it was hard to find a clean table.

Pie Five is a fast-casual pizza place that has opened restaurants in more than one dozen states since its inception in 2011. The company is expanding with no signs of slowing down, and they have opened their first St. Louis location in Chesterfield. –Concept and Menu– Have your very own personal pizza made right in front of you – from start to finish – in just five minutes. Choose one of their specialty pizzas, or create your own by selecting the crust, sauce, cheese, meats, and veggies of your choice. Once your pizza pops out of the oven, you’ll have the opportunity to add even more flavor to it. For example, you can ask them to add magic dust(a blend of parmesan, romano, and Italian seasonings) to your pizza. Best of all? All pizzas are $ 6.99. Nearly everything at Pie Five is, perhaps unsurprisingly, related to pizza in some way. They have their pie logo on the backs of their chairs and décor that includes a «periodic table of toppings.» Even their salads and sweets have a pizza connection. Their Classic Italian, Caesar, and side salads all are served in pizza crust bowls, and their desserts are cut into wedge-shaped slices. Beverage options include tea and a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, «the drink machine with almost as many options as [their] pizzas.» –Experience– My husband and I visited Pie Five on a Sunday afternoon around 2:30. I know that’s a late lunch, but I was surprised they weren’t very busy. I had assumed it would be full of people interested in trying the new kid on Chesterfield Airport Road. Then again, this particular part of Chesterfield is filled with plenty of restaurants. My husband ordered a pan pizza with Tuscan marinara sauce, the mozzarella/provolone blend, pepperoni, and Italian sausage. I must have changed my mind at least three times before ultimately choosing the $ 9.99 «bundle» option: a pizza, a side salad or dessert, and a regular drink. I had a thin-crust pizza with extra Tuscan marinara sauce, the mozzarella/provolone blend, pepperoni, bacon, black olives, red and green bell pepper slices, and magic dust. The salads I had seen at a table on my way in did not impress me very much, so I went with the dessert option and selected a slice of chocolate chip cookie pie. The pizzas were good. I definitely liked mine more than my husband liked his. The magic dust added a little extra somethin-somethin that I quite enjoyed. Both of us wished our pizzas had been baked a little longer. I guess that would go against the entire five-minute concept, making it more like Pie Ten. The chocolate chip cookie pie was completely unnecessary. I really had no room for it after eating my pizza, so I shared it with my husband. There wasn’t anything wrong with it, but I wouldn’t order it again. It just didn’t wow me. –Rating– An advantage of dining at Pie Five is that you and each of your dining companions don’t have to compromise on a certain kind of pizza. You each can get personal pizzas topped just the way you like them. The person channeling his/her inner carnivore can order a High Five(five different kinds of meat). The one wanting to go a little lighter can get a Farmer’s Market(all veg). The rebel can ignore the specialty pizzas, creating the pizza of his/her dreams. However, Pie Five is somewhere between 3 and 4 stars for me. For a pizza made in five minutes, it’s good. For pizza in general, it’s just okay.

This place makes a nice addition to the offerings in the valley. Their product is probably about as good as it could be given the format of the restaurant. Basically, you get to the front of the line and tell someone what crust and sauce you would like. Several choices for each. Next up are meats, veges and cheeses. Again, several choices for each. The pizza goes in the oven and you step down. When the pizza comes out of the oven you tell them what you would like added after baking. Several choices here as well. Finally, you pay and hit the table to enjoy. A couple of observations: + I really liked the fact that they don’t charge extra for additional toppings. + Being asked to approve the pizza right before it goes in the oven is a great touch. + Wide variety of ingredients and everything looked absolutely fresh. — If 1 Coca Cola freestyle machine is good, 2 would be great. I see this as a bottleneck. If I were better with statistics, I could include all of the possible permutations given the number of options one can choose to include on a pizza. I’m not so my guess is somewhere in the millions.
