Ozzie Smith’s Sports Academy

I had my son’s birthday party at Ozzies and I was really disappointed. This place is not set up for birthday parties. There was only one young kid assigned to run the party and we had 20 boys. The so called party room had 2 dirty card tables and a bunch of random card chairs. There wasnt a table to put the pizzas, drinks or cake on. I had to find extra chairs to place the pizzas on. Parents were stuck sitting on the floor while the kids ate. The room was dark and dirty and also served as an office. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told he wasn’t answering his phone. I asked for him to call me and I never heard back from anyone.
The only positive thing was the kid running the party. He worked really hard to help me set up and he was great with the kids. Still I would never have another party here.
