I walked in at 11am on a Thursday to pick up some jeans, and the store looked like it is just recovering from a Xmas rush.(In the middle of January?) The lack of organization made it difficult to shop. On the positive side, the staff was nice. This could be a result of understaffing. Not sure.

They don’t have gift boxes for the holiday season??? But they do have boxes for sale, said the super disconnected and extremely slow customer service rep who didn’t even bother to say«Thank You» after I completed a purchase. This store sucks. Good thing I’m not an Old Navy patron. I truly took one for the team today; had it not been ’tis the season I would’ve left empty handed. However, I aim to please. 2 stars for the adorable baby clothes.

Hadn’t shopped at Old Navy in years and decided to give it another shot. I purchased some items online and their sizes are a lot larger than average, so they didn’t all work out for me and had to return them at this store today. It started off good when I entered — I was handed a coupon and the greeter was friendly. I was going to look around for other stuff, but the layout of this store is absolute chaos and not easy to find things compared to other Old Navy stores. I’ve been to. The guy doing my return was making rude remarks to me the whole time and making snide comments about my return. I was shocked that him and another female cashier were laughing at his rude remarks. This guy was a grade A jerk and shouldn’t be allowed to work retail. Will not be returning to this store ever again.

I visited this Old Navy yesterday, and ITBLEWMYMIND! Nothing was where it was supposed to be. I’ve been to several Old Navy locations in the past 15 years or so, and all of them have been the same. When you walk in, you see women’s clothing on the left, men’s clothing on the right, and kids’ clothing in the back. The only mystery is where the fitting rooms will be. Here, everything was flipped, turned upside down. Men’s clothing was on the left, and women’s was on the right. The kids’ section also was located on the right, in a sort of recessed section. And get this: The fitting rooms were located in the MIDDLE of the store. I’ve never seen that before. Insanity! Hey, Old Navy! Thanks for keeping my brain, which is genetically predisposed to Alzheimer’s Disease, on its A-game. In general, I have a love-hate relationship with Old Navy. They have some cute, cheap stuff, and it’s not uncommon to see Hello Kitty merchandise in the store. That’s the love. The hate is that, in my experience, the clothes tend to look worn very quickly. I suppose you get what you pay for. But I keep going back. The low prices and bow-eared kitten keep reeling me in. Today, I bought a $ 25 dress that was on sale for $ 15. Personally, I thought the starting price of $ 25 was high, but it was nice to leave with the feeling that I had saved a Hamilton. The employees at this location were great today. A quite friendly employee asked me if I needed help finding something. The fitting room attendant gave me his name and told me to let him know if I needed anything. And the cashier did her job of trying to sell me on the idea of being the proud new owner of an Old Navy credit card. So, all in all, it was a pleasant shopping experience. The store itself gets five stars because today’s visit really could not have been improved. However, I have to deduct a star because I just never know what my purchases are going to look like after a few washes.
