Jon’s Auto Wash No 3

I’ve been here on more than one occasion (on a busy day, like tonight) when the car wash has actually ran out of soap during the tunnel wash.
I’ve talked to management and they said they will fix the issue. Uh, well a car wash isn’t exactly the same without soap. They didn’t give me a discount or a free wash. I mean I think the rain could have done a better job than those car washes.
They offer $ 2 off on Tuesdays. I’ve never had any issues with broken car parts or scratches. Jon’s offers self serve bays, vacuum stations and free air check.

Jons is a Good car wash, unfortunately they don’t hire good employees, they take no time pre-​washing the car before sending my cars through the bay, just a quick spray and off you go. They need to start taking some time and getting key parts of the cars like grills, bumpers, rims and wheel wells. Get back to the Basics, and please stop charging for bug remover especially with all the fish fly’s, the car dosent even get clean without it!!! Around the corner at Captains Car Wash they provide free bug remover with every wash and have a $ 3.50 Special every day.

There isnt another car wash that I would ever want to go to!
Jons is the cleanest, newest equipment equipped, and cutting edge car wash this side of the State. Ive been going there since I discovered Jons since around 1998 or so. I will drive from Harrison Township to the 24/​Gratiot location twice weekly just because my car never looks so clean at any other car wash.
Jons has 2 self serve bays, 1 touch free automatic, and 1 soft and foamy tunnel. They have the obligatory vacuum stations and vending machines for cleaning supplies.
This location is staffed. There several friendly employees to guide you through or answer any questions. Going through the tunnel is really cool because you first go to these automated touch screens where you feed your money in (credit/​debit cards accepted), the gate opens, and in you go!
Take my word — you will NOT ever go to a tunnel car wash that is as clean as Jons. The brushes that touch your car always look new to me. Also, the amount of soap and wax you get is uncanny. They definitely do not skimp at Jons on anything. Tuesdays are great to go there too, because its «$ 2 off Tuesday» on the tunnel wash — thats one of the days I always try to go on.
All in all, I love this place. I wish I could rate it 6 stars… lol.
