First of all, I have every right to review the service I received from you. That is EXACTLY what these sites are for. I do not care who you have reported me to because I have done everything above board with regard to you. I have been a member of Unilocal since early 2011, and did my first review of another company… which was highly positive… on 3÷14÷2011. There is NOTHING fraudulent about my account with Unilocal or any other site on which I reviewed your horrible workmanship on me. And I think you need to look up the word«slander» before you start tossing it around because it means a FALSE statement. I have not made a solitary false statement about you. HOWEVER, YOU have made innumerable false statements about me just in your response to my review here in Unilocal. You listed my full name in your Unilocal response, Angela J. Keeney… a private citizen/customer of yours to which I would expect an owner of a PUBLICBUSINESS would be required to protect a client’s privacy in some fashion, but that is fine with me. Under Unilocal’s own privacy guidelines, YOU as a business are not permitted to reveal my full name. Again, I don’t care because I have nothing to hide. In fact, if ANYONE would like to contact me before purchasing your services, my phone number is 314−623−8450. Upon my initial review of you I also listed my primary email address so that unsuspecting potential clients had the opportunity to view the photos of my lips after you CLEARLY disfigured them and judge for themselves my story. And folks, please remember, YOUUSUALLYGETWHATYOUPAYFOR. Cheaper is usually not better. Second, if you view my legitimate requests for a refund as threats, then you are are are in a questionable mental state. I was simply trying to resolve this matter with you via email as any normal adult would. Yes, you did offer to do further work on my lips, but after the total disaster you created, I was afraid you would make them even worse and just wanted to get my money back so that I could go to a seasoned professional to have everything fixed. In fact, while trying to figure out what on earth to do to fix the PERMANENT disaster you created on my FACE, I learned via public record that you have not even been trained on permanent lip tinting, nor did you complete your training for any permanent cosmetics application. Further, public record shows that you owe your trainers, So Natural Institute, $ 9,000 for which they had to file a civil suit against you for the maximum allowed by the courts of $ 4,000. According to public record, So Natural Institute won that judgement against you, but has yet to be paid that money by you. Lynette, stating what is on PUBLICRECORD is NOT slander. I suppose you did«report» me to your«attorney» by forwarding her the emails to her that I sent you as well as your bizarre response to me. When I insisted on a refund, you very quickly told me you would no longer have any form of contact with me and that I should contact your«attorney». However, the only information you supplied regarding this«lawyer» was an email address to which you forwarded my emails to you and your response to my emails. I tried to contact her at that address , and received notices back that my emails were undeliverable to that address because it doesn’t exist. I then searched the entire country for a law firm that even resembles the name jbelawfirm and there was nothing close… it does not exist. I will happily supply ANYONE with copies of those emails. Lynette, in consulting with several seasoned professionals in the area to fix what you did to me, I learned that I am by far not the only one that has had to pay for their services to fix your messes. Readers, I simply suggest that you call around and ask them yourselves. I did try to contact the Better Business Bureau in attempt to have a mediator assist in solving this situation. They said this is something they cannot handle because it is a cosmetic procedure, and directed me to the Attorney General who also said they don’t handle this type of thing. The AG gave me other numbers to try and no one seems to have reign over what you are doing. With no other course of action available to me, I finally called Groupon and LivingSocial where I purchased the vouchers for your services. After hearing my story and viewing my photos both companies promptly gave me a full refund. But Readers be warned the refund was in the form of Groupon Bucks and LivingSocial Deal Bucks which was better than nothing. Feel free to call me for further info on the rest of Lynette’s response to my review as I’m running out of characters. In spite of Lynette’s excuses, the eyeliner Angela Durbin from So Natural applied is vibrant & noticeable after ONE application is fully healed. Just remember this is PERMANENT& on your FACE. So please at least be informed before choosing Lynette.

Lynette was very friendly and supportive. I started getting nervous when I got there and she worked slowly to help me adjust. She was very transparent with my friend and me about how she conducted business and handled her equipment. She also let my friend who was interested in getting it watch.
