My son has been a patient there from birth — almost 16 years now. In fact, the doctor who saw him in the hospital, Dr. Polanshek, is the doctor he still sees today. If you want to see the same doctor each time you take your child, just ask for that doctor. It stands to reason that if your child is acutely ill and needs a doctor that day, you may have to see whichever doctor is available. Otherwise I’ve never had a problem getting him in to see Dr. Polanshek. With that said, the care received and thoroughness and knowledge exhibited by each doctor is excellent. I’ve never had any problem with the staff or doctors. Over the years, my son and Dr. Polanshek have developed quite a friendship and it’s kinda fun to watch them interact, knowing he’s been with him since he was a baby. The care is not low level. It is professional and thorough. I highly recommend this office and it’ll be sort of bittersweet when my son starts seeing a regular general practitioner.

Very disappointing. Even though you select a primary care physician the chance of seeing them twice in a row is almost nil. The result of this being passed around is a very low level of care that is almost shocking. We have moved on after a year of dealing with this office and our daughters health is much better for it. Please do yourself a favor and avoid Chester Pediatrics.

It has been sometime since I’ve been to a Doctor’s office that was willing to be holistic. That is, if you had more than one problem, they were williing to spend the time diagnosing it. We don’t have a set doctor here, but it makes little difference, wth the exception of Dr. Campbell, who seems to be a step ahead in bed side manners with the kids. Another plus for this group is that if you have an emergency, they somehow manage to fit you in on the same day. As a result, of all of these factors, I’m not only happy to take my son there, but delighted they are there with us!
