Buffalo Wild Wings

Sat for 15 minutes waiting for server. The server at the table next to ours literally looked at us and rolled her eyes. Not even worth 1 star.

I always get excellent service when I come to this Buffalo Wild Wings. Today, Shelby was our server. He was very kind and friendly and attentive to our needs. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of televisions.

Food is ok. Service is horrible. It appears that no one here cares about the patrons. We had to ask repeatedly just for soda refills. One person would say yes they were getting them and they would never return. Then getting someone else to get them was a pain because no one wanted to take a table that wasn’t theirs. Orders were wrong as well and getting it fixed was difficult.
They screwed up the bill and over charged us quite a bit as well. Pay attention when your bill comes.
There’s a lot of other options around this restaurant. I don’t recommend coming here.

This is a bit surreal but it turns out that it has been exactly 53 weeks since my last visit to this location. The visit before the 2014 experience was exactly 52 weeks earlier. Apparently, they come up in the rotation once a year.
Sad performance tonight. Maybe they will do better in October 2016… because they are unlikely to see me again any sooner.
The low point… being told it would take 15 – 20 minutes longer for our order because we asked for all drummies and they have to sort through them in the back to make our order. Doesn’t that just invoke an image of someone panning for gold, except instead of gold they are actually panning for drummies.
Adding insult to injury… the order came out wrong and the fries were lukewarm when they hit the table. Seriously?!?

So I’m not a huge b-​dubs fan, but I really had a taste for wings last Tuesday. The wings were not bad being that I wasn’t expecting too much, but overall I was satisfied. I don’t consider b-​dubs to be the best wings I have ever tasted, but they are not the worst. They have plenty of wing sauce options and if you need a quick fix or option they are a good option.

Oh BWW we knew thy well or at least thought so. What happened to the boneless wings? They use to be lightly breaded and cooked to perfection now not so much. Greasy, hard chunks of breading dry chicken and just awful. Mushrooms for app seemed to be half the size of the original and cold to boot. I guess expansion comes at a cost. Quality is no longer a priority but getting diners turned around a plus. I guess if you are guzzling brew and watching a game you won’t notice as much but I certainly did. With all the wing joints that have popped up there certainly is something better than this. Sorry B-​DUBs you lost this customer.

Thursday boneless wings. wouldn’t have again for free! The employees frown and didn’t make eye contact. Bartender after 7 was ok. Sauce for wings was an unnatural color. Ordered 6, muscled down 3. Upside. I didn’t get sick. Avoid this location.

Terrible service tonight. Waitress disappeared for 20 minutes, made excuses as to why we didn’t get our food or she couldn’t fill our drinks. Manager on duty said «we are busy» and not sure why our waitress got our Had to ask several other waiters to assist us.
Manager picked our tab up — very kind of him. He was apologetic.

BWW is our to-​go spot when in the mood for wings and beer. The boyfriend and I go there so much that we always try to go when our favorite servers are working– Carlye, Brittany, and Mercedes, who are awesome by the way! We usually go for the boneless or traditional, sometimes both! And of course a basket of potato wedges. Sometimes the sauces can be a little too much, so we ask for the sauces on the side. And our favorite sauce is the Asian Zing. BWW is the perfect place for game nights, especially if watching with a group of friends.

Worst service, sketchy BWW… our server disappeared multiple times. She wss on he ty cell phone in the bathroom and never showed up. She was great when she was available. We complained to the manager and no apology nor concern. Won’t be back to this bwe.

Great selection of beer. Good staff and food is always good. Not just wings great salads and sandwitches.

Don’t go here for lunch if you’re in a rush… it took our table nearly 45 to even get our food. The waitress was ditzy as hell and forgot all of our sauces and dressings for our salad and never refilled our drinks. The service here is just awful. The food was pretty good, I had the weird taco thing they serve for lunch. The salad was nasty, lettuce was old. I’ve never had a good salad at any BWW, though.

Slow service. Requires you to get your own menu in the bar then order you drink multiple times. Food is good as always after your server decides to show up.

I love BWW. The food, the atmosphere, everything. It’s a fun/​loud/​obnoxious environment, especially during game nights where I can pretend I know what the heck is going on. I have been to almost all the BWW locations and while the food’s been about the same, i like this location for its service. Every time I come here I get a really friendly server. Went again today because I HAD to try their new ginger honey kick (which was awesome), and the asian zing was delicious as well. Our server, Carly, was bubbly and accommodating. And she gave me both ranch and blue cheese dressing because I was being annoyingly indecisive. She frequently checked up on us and overall it was a great dinner, as always at this location!

Recently dined in and on 2.1.14 had carry out. Dine in service was fair. Saturday late afternoon. Not crowded but was seated away from the large TVs. Kinda bummed couldn’t watch the games on a larger TV. Food was good. As expected. Had the cheese fries. Decent. Had the traditional wings, spicy garlic and honey BBQ. Honey BBQ was great. Spicy garlic was not too spicy, but not a strong garlic flavor and I prefer it sweeter. Cherry limeade was good b
Carry out. Great service. Food ready when promised. Greeted by several people. Onion rings were great. Batter slightly sweet. Crispy. Good sized order. Had the garlic parm wings. Not bad. Pronounced garlic flavor. Strong cheese flavor. The honey BBQ was great and still my favorite.
If you buy at least a small order, you can mix the sauces, half and half.
Will return to try other sauce flavors.

This is in the building that used to be O’Charleys that was known for bad food and worse service to the point they closed the location.
Wings were not up to expectations, dry and not that great.
Pulled pork sliders exceeded the norm but the fries came out lukewarm and tasted like they were cooked in onion ring grease. Meh.
Server basically ignored us except to take order. Said she had a large party that was seated right before us. Management should have gotten her more help for her section because there were plenty of under worked servers in there at that time.
Server was so busy with the big table that when we got our orders, the food runner had to bring silverware and napkins as well as the correct sauces and dressings and top off drinks because we had not seen the server at our table since she took the order… though she walked by us many times, she could not be bothered to take care of us or to see that someone else did.
Looks like the jinx of this building is still working.

As bad as the Ballwin one is, THIS BWW totally rocks! Fast service, friendly staff, clean restaurant… polar opposite of Ballwin. We drive 15 minutes out of our way to enjoy our BWW in the Valley… it’s well worth the trip.

First off this is a Buffalo Wild Wings so the food is exactly what you would expect and I have no complaints.
However the service at this location is terrible. When I went the server could not get our order strait and the orders she did get correct took awhile. I was especially frustrating because I went at a time when the restaurant was not busy at all. I also noticed a large portion of the staff standing idle meanwhile our food was late/​wrong.
I will most likely never go back to this BWW.

This is the newest BWW in town to my knowledge. It has a lot of competition in the valley, so this location will really need to be on its A-​game when it comes to service, and food. When I was in there, our server was very very friendly. She sat with us because her section was slow, and chatted us up a bit. Not anything to be considered weird, just about a minute or two about the blues game, and what not. I love a place that just opened, because their beer always tastes so good, due to all the fresh lines! If you give me a Shock Top, and some Spicy Garlic wings, I am a very happy boy! Will be back for sure, as long as they keep up the service!

I went here with six other people for a Happy Hour after work. This was far from our first experience with Buffalo Wild Wings, but it was our first at this new location. It used to be O’Charley’s, but you’d never know. The inside was all redone, and it had a huge bar — bigger than I’ve seen in any other BWW.
Our waitress was very nice, and we tried some new things — nachos, cheese sticks, onion rings. Usually, we just get wings. Who knew that everyone else that BWW has is so good!
There were quite a few TVs, but not the really big one that I’ve seen behind the bar at other locations. Perhaps that one is still coming. There were plenty of opportunities for sports viewing, however.
I love BWW, and this new location is an excellent addition to the BWW family.
