The hubby and I stopped in here looking for a sports coat for him and while we ended up getting it elsewhere because they didn’t have a size that worked for him, we did get a really nice clearance rack sweater for him for next winter at a ridiculously low price. But what impressed me the most about this store was the customer service. We had just been down the aisle at the factory outlet visiting the Ralph Lauren Polo store and the stark contrast between the customer service at the two was blinding. I wish I knew the name of the store employee at Brooks Brothers who gave us the friendly and welcoming personalized attention because I’d love to give her props. She was absolutely fantastic at her job. I wouldn’t hesitate to stop in here again when zipping down I-64.

Great addition to St. Louis Premium Outlets. It may be a duplicate of the outlet stores over at Taubman, but this one just seemed to shine a little more. The staff here was more friendly and helpful in making our selections.
They even took interest in looking at pictures of our four legged children and gave us a frisbee for them.
I liked the selection of both dress and sport shirts and the prices were equally appealing. The selection of casual dress slacks would put a smile on any male fashionista. They were priced for buying two pair and who wouldn’t at the price they were offering. The selection of silk ties and bow ties would make any of the dress shirts look snazzy.
This is the perfect factory store for the man who wants a preppy or classic look.
