My low rating for Bellacino’s is due to their lack of customer service. Their grinders are good, but I’ve had my order screwed up on multiple occasions and was never offered ANYTHING for it. They didn’t offer to replace my order or reimburse me, they just«promise to get it right next time.» This is baffling to me. Customer service should be at the top of any business’s priority list and Bellacino’s needs a lesson in this. Shame on you, Bellacino’s!

My last visit will be my last unfortunately. I want to like Bellacino’s however the few times I’ve been here the service was poor and the quality was not that great. The woman answering the phone was rude and not helpful… I called back to request a change and got hung up on. I run a customer service team and would never direct my employees to treat our customers the way I have been treated here. What a shame.

Great pizza, crappy salads. The is overall a great place. The only thing preventing me from giving a solid 5 stars is the lack of good salad. They don’t even have an anti-pasta on the menu. You can be a legit pizza place with out a great anti-pasta. With a full bar and decent menu beyond pizza, they could compete with buddy’s and shields, IF they had the salad. The salads they do have on the menu are served with dressing packets and bags of croutons. The green salad doesn’t even include beets. Pizza is excellent. Cheese is unreal. Fresh mushrooms are a real plus. A note to management. Learn to whip up a simple oil and vinegar house dressing, throw it on the basic anti-pasta ingredients(which you mostly already have) and you’ll do way better.

Extremely over priced we live in michigan not the big apple you cant charge $ 14 for a half sub. Lady at the counter was extremely rude, not a well displayed business i suggest some business etiquette classes.

We really enjoyed this place. It is very quaint. You can get your pizza and grinder in the back and go sit at the bar in front for a great drink. Then top it off with the best ice cream we ever had. Huge variety of toppings. I recommend you give them a try. There is something for everyone in the family including dad and mom.

Love this place! Just a good place to have a drink. The beer is always cold. Nick makes you feel like your family, always converses with everybody. Haven’t been here in about a year due to work and its like I was here yesterday.

They have grinders, pizza, ice cream and a bar! Plus, they run $ 1 draft beer specials during Tigers or any Detroit team games. The food was delicious! 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Good food, but extremely over priced! Sixteen dollars for a half sub, fries and a medium pop.

More than a sandwich shop, this is a pizza and sub restaurant, with salads. Plenty of seating — plus they have a full bar with 4 beers on tap and a couple sports TVs. Order over the phone for pick-up, or place your order at the back counter and they bring it out to your table. I had a half– Italian grinder, toasted. It hit the spot(I don’t know why we say that, because I haven’t a clue where that spot is). Oh yeah, fries, onion rings and fried sweet peppers are available, as well as ice cream, in waffle cones or bowls, milkshakes, sundaes, banana splits, smoothies, ice cream pies and ice cream cakes. My mid-afternoon visit was pleasant. There were no other patrons in the restaurant, but someone would come in every-so-often to pick up an order. In looking around a little, I gathered from the kids thank-you letters that this location supports some local schools. Community involvement is always a plus in my book!

Very tasty grinders and great customer service. There is a small bar and also a selection of ice cream here too. I ordered our grinders to go, but it is nice and cozy on the inside if you want to stay and eat your grinder or pizza here.

Get a Grinder! I love this place, my boyfriend first took me here, and I think the sandwich made us fall even more in love. They have really great fried banana peppers, just make sure you ask them to freshly make them for you because otherwise you are not getting their top-notch quality. I was a little disappointed that they gave us older fried food, but they happily made a new batch for us. Plus, they have a bar, and an ice cream shop all on one. I had the postachio gelato!

What can I say about Bellacinos? A lot, and trust me it is nothing but positive comments. I have attended this fine eatery many times in my life. Some of them were out of hunger, some of them were with a hangover, and some of them I don’t honestly remember(because I can’t). While this might not be saying much for me, I believe it says much about the food and service here. I have yet to ever receive a look from an employee here which resembles a «Oh great, a customer. Hurry up, order and leave.» Not here my friends! All throughout college and into my adult life, I have frequented these establishments. I stopped at this exact location the other night after a tedious search for an ugly Christmas sweater store, and a buggy TomTom(damn you for 3 re-routes), and the worst traffic I have experienced in quite some time. Too much time in the car, and I’m starving. I needed out for a few minutes or I am going to punch something. My Mobibo app notified me of a free cheesy garlic bread coupon at this location. Hell yes. I walked in with a foul mood. I was not greeted with a mood to match mine, quite the opposite actually. Smiles and friendly conversation. Ordered my favorite Zesty Deli grinder, ordered my free garlic cheesy bread deliciousness, received it, devoured it, and somehow the 2+ hour quest of a mythical x-mas sweater shop was forgotten about. The prompt service and delicious(free) foods made up for the combination of TomTom errors and traffic. What I did pay for was quite reasonable, and I left to fulfill my daunting task of getting the hideous Christmas sweater the whole night revolved around. This place gets a 5 star for saving my sanity and satisfying my hunger. PS– I did get my x-mas sweater and I look wonderful in it. .
