Bella Gente Salon

I’ve been a regular client here for several years. Always get a great haircut and also take the kids here. They provide services for the whole family. Always a great place to pick up a gift certificate during the holidays as well. One of the things I appreciate the most outside of their great service is that I can book out my appointments a year in advance so I can get the day and time I want.

Fit me right in for a highlight, cut and manicure. The staff was friendly and the highlights were great!

I have been to Bella Gente twice now. The first time was for a Brazilian Blowout by Janica. Walking in with course and unruly hair and then leaving with soft manageable hair was worth the time. She was wonderful and extremely courteous the whole time.
The second visit was for a hair makeover. Normally I use box dye and this time was a disaster. I ended up with black ends and lighter roots. After talking with Janica and following some steps up to my appointment, I walked out of the salon with hair that has been envied by my friends and relatives. She used the bayalage technique and also fixed the color already on my hair. My hair was only trimmed as I am growing it out. She even discussed the shape of my brows for my eyebrow wax and had suggestions for them. Her knowledge of the products for my hair type is excellent and I have never felt pressured or intimated to buy anything from the salon.
I have my next visit tonight with Michelle for a Groupon purchase of microdermabrasion. I believe this visit will be like my others: perfect!

I first started going to Salon Bella through a groupon for Brazilian waxing. It was my first ever wax and I have continued to go back to Lydia since then do to the experience being very calm with her. I would recommend her to any of my friends.

I was gifted 6 glycolic peels and purchased 3 Microdermabrasion facial specials. All of them were done by Michelle. I believe she is the only facialist. Michelle is a very nice, sweet and friendly person. Each service with her was not consistent in procedure but they were ok. Upon my first visit, I was given a coupon for additional services and products. I used the coupon toward a haircut and that was ok as well. The staff overall is really nice and friendly. It was always easy to set up an appointment. Wait time upon arrival was short.

I have loved every experience I’ve had at Bella Gente! It’s definitely a group of professionals and all the ladies are so much fun! My go to girl is Emily and she’s great about listening to what I want and giving good suggestions! I will name my first born after her!

A few reasons I love this place:
1. I never have trouble booking an appointment
2. Lana is one of the few people I trust with my hair and always does a great job. She also knows a lot about which products are best for your hair and has plenty of great tips
3. Its clean
4. It is very reasonably priced… I paid $ 47 for my last haircut with one of the master stylists

I am extremely disappointed with the service received by this salon. I have never been treated so rudely by receptionists and staff at a salon before. It is expected to be treated with great customer service and a relaxing environment when walking into a spa and salon and this was anything but that type of experience. I left angry and frustrated. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. I am honestly surprised how they stay in business. Very disapponting. Honestly, this is the first time I have ever even been compelled to write a review!!!

I have been going to this place for more than a year now. I love the atmosphere here, girly and cozy – none of that snooty hair salon feel. Right away they ask you if you’d like anything to drink, and they also have a place where you can store your belongings. They have different level stylists for hair– I love LANA, who is a master stylist. She truly knows hair and which style will best fit your face. But most of all she is super sweet and LISTENS. I have also received microdermabrasions from here and they are amazing. I look forward to them every time. There’s only one lady who does them-​Michelle? Rachell? SO SORRY i am absolutely HORRIBLE with names– I can, however, tell you exactly what she was wearing (leopard print tunic with black tights and black heels). She is super sweet and really takes her time with the session. My face feels sooo smooth afterwards and my mom always knows when I had a session because she says my face is glowing! Overall, each experience here has been super relaxing and I walk out feeling great!
One other plus-​I bought a package of microdermabrasions and freaked out because I never carry cash – luckily this place lets you put the tip alone on a credit card… whew!

I visited Bella Gente Salon for a basic haircut. The staff was very nice and the salon was tactfully decorated. I thought my haircut was very average, not bad, but not great. I probably would not go back again.
