If you have the ability to go somewhere else, I highly recommend it. Doctor Emerick is just fine and he is very accommodating.
The staff there is awful! The most unfriendly people on the planet. Obviously the practice is not concerned with friendliness of staff. Customer service is not very important to the staff. They make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them. If I hadn’t gone there since I was a little kid, I would leave and try somewhere else.

Dr. Moses was amazing and will be missed at this clinic. She was very personable.
Dr. Klein lacks bedside manner. He is very rude and lacks empathy. He would benefit from continued eduction on mental illness and motivational interviewing. He needs to get a job that doesn’t require communication with people.
Dr. Lapera is ok, she is high energy and hustles you through efficiently which is appreciated.
Every time you go there they order blood draws and educate you on the results which is nice.
There are also other scans and stuff they can do on-​site. They Triage you to different rooms throughout the process here. Don’t know if that is good or bad.
The med techs are nice.
It’s a larger facility, half the rooms are empty, they could add a couple more MDs/​DOs.
