I went to this place for laser hair removal, it didn’t work for me like they said it was, it’s very pricey. I’m of a darker skin and they told me they have special lasers to work for my skin and it didn’t waste of money and it wasn’t cheap.

Looking forward to my first facial followed by a one-​hour massage in over 2 years! I d been to this spa and experienced trial sized services and was really looking forward to the treat! After a bit of a wait after my arrival, a gentleman came out to introduce himself as my massage therapist and facialist. I was surprised, not because of his gender, but because of his appearance. He was dressed in scrubs that were wrinkled, stained and ill fitting, and I m sorry — but he had the WORST breath. I literally had to step back to avoid it. He went back to prep the room and I told the manager at the desk that I was uncomfortable with a man as a massage therapist — I had not been give a preference choice when I booked the appointment. She assured me he was a nice guy, etc., and that I would really enjoy the experience. I debated whether I should try to reschedule, but with my work schedule being what it was, I decided to take a chance. With trepidation, I followed him back to the large, nicely appointed room I d been in before (with a canopy over the table, soft music and candles, etc.) — but before we got there, he veered off to another room. The room was dark, no music and for ambient lighting — he used the bathroom light off of the room — so the bathroom fan was what serenaded me during the entire massage! The sheets on the table had seen better days — very thin and torn — and they smelled like mildew! I should have left then — but, I d paid a deposit already and was afraid I wouldn t get my $ back. He consistenlty went too deep with the massage and I had to tell him often to ease up the pressure. I just wanted it to be over! Not the way you want to relax. I won t go into other details — but suffice to say — I did not enjoy it. After the massage/​before the facial (what I was really looking forward to anyway), I spoke with him and the manager — he thought I was tense because he was a male and I was uncomfortable with having a man give me massage — I told him and the manager that I was disappointed because the room had no music, no candles, and that the bathroom fan noise had distracted me the entire time. I also mentioned about the sheets — the only thing I didn t mention was his appearance and breath. Thankfully, they switched me to a woman for my facial. I was looking forward to the lotions, steam and treatment. When I got in the room, there was a machine with a saline bag on it. She said she was going to give me my O2 facial. I replied what s an O2 facial? This is not what I d booked. But she made it sound like it would be a soothing treatment. Again — disappointment. She sprayed cold air with saline to clean out my pores — wiping as she went. After about 15 minutes later she was removing a hot towel from my face and she said — There you go, all set! I couldn t believe it! I replied, That s it? What about the lotion and stuff? She said that they didn t do that for O2 facials. I went to check out and pay my balance. When the manager asked how everything was, I again expressed my disappointment in the facial. Her only reply — Didn t they explain the O2 facial over the phone when you booked? NOoooo — they didn t — the first time I heard the phrase O2 facial was when I entered the treatment room. I was SO disapointed in this experience, the staff and the lack of concern from management. They didn t even offer a discount for a future appointment because of what happened. Just presented me with the bill. I m more disappointed in myself for not just leaving at the beginning when I should have and for just paying the rest of the bill. I didn t leave a tip — though. I will NEVER go back to that place. It may be great for those who want the laser treatments they offer etc. — but for someone looking for a relaxing treatment of pampering — this place is NOT for you!
