my family had a mini-reunion at this beachfront«summer home» thanks to a good family friend who owns a unit here. unfortunately, we came for new year’s, so it wasn’t exactly outdoorsy, beachy weather, but we still had a blast. all of the condos are lined up against the water, which would officially be the chesapeake bay(or at least, one of the channels that flows into the bay). on a clear day, the views are gorgeous and it is very peaceful to sit in the living room and just stare out at the giant floor to ceiling window. on site is a marina where you can dock your boat as well as a community center/recreation room for owners and their guests. a very nice, quiet place to spend a few days especially if you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. would love to return in the summertime when i can truly experience the«beach house» feeling.
