Pizza Factory

Love the new owners! This place is coming up. The only change that bums me out is no more hard boiled eggs in the salad bar. The sandwiches are great as well as the new special pizzas that were added to the menu. They also added an all you can eat lunch bar which is probably perfect for the high schoolers or anyone else with short lunches. If you gave up on this place with the last owners, give it another try!

We came in with our party of 16. The guy working the register was great, very friendly and kept track of all the pizzas, drinks and salad bar orders as we came in. Service was prompt and there was also another large party in the back room. Friendly, great service and prompt food service.

I ordered a pizza to-​go over the phone. They got my name wrong like three times Breh! Its Twotitts Magee. Is that so Hard!?? DAMN IT! When i showed up and paid $ 30 for a large pizza they still got my name wrong! I went home and the damn chicken tasted like HOT DAWGS! What the hell people i didnt order that! The Chez tasted like ass crack mold! If you were to bend over dough and scrape off all of your butt chez, call it a pizza and eat it, that will taste better then the pizza i got. I took one bite of that shit and spit it all over my nig. Hommie was pissed… If you want to keep your mouth like a virgin (pure and clean) DO NOT GO HERE! They will rape your mouth with… DEZ NUTTS.

After camping for 3 nights, this place was just what I needed. I had a personal pepperoni pizza that was prepared perfectly. The crust was the perfect combination of crispy and chewy, and the cherry on top of this visit… They serve ice cold beer! The employees were super friendly, as well. Wish I lived closer, but will definitely stop back by next time I’m in town. Thank you for the wonderful food and service! Oh, and the free wi-​fi!

The food here is excellent. Me and the wife were camping outside of town. We came into town to restock supplies and we noticed the sign out front said they had wifi. So we came in for some facebook updates and lunch. The food is delicious, the service was comforting, and the wifi works. (=

I called to ask how long for delivery and was told 40 minutes. Okay that’s fine. asked how long if I picked it up myself, was told 40 minutes??? What?!? How is that even possible?!? We ordered an extra large which barely fed our family of four (is only 12 slices as opposed to 16 at other places) I guess they figure it’s a small town they can take advantage of the locals and tourists. I will NEVER eat here again! Way too expensive for food that is not that great and you don’t get much food for what you pay for!

Went there on vacation and enjoyed their pizza and customer service very much. Highly recommend it!

Good Pizza and Great Service at a very reasonable price. I have gone back a second time to make sure and the food is very good. I had the personal pizza with regular drink on the lunch menu. The people are friendly And helpful and made sure that they got my special order pizza correct.

I live local but have never stopped in here until the other night. I live about 15 minutes away but anything in Lake Almanor can be that far away. I ordered over the phone and picked it up. I had seen a coupon online for a free order of garlic bread with the purchase of an XL pizza. I went to pick up my order and showed the coupon on my phone. At first they were not going to take it since I didn’t have it printed out (don’t you just throw it away?) but the girl asked the «manager» on duty if she could take it. He said go ahead, then she asked what if its expired? I honestly had no clue it expired 3 days prior as I literally was pulling the coupon up on THEIR SITE! He refused to honor my coupon even though I was paying $ 50.00 in pizza! Said he was not the guy who does the coupons but will let him know… I was honestly shocked at the horrible customer service. I drove 15 minutes and spent $ 50 just to be told a coupon on your site that you have posted was not going to be taken. Had I refused the bread would it not have been thrown away? I paid for it anyway but I wont be coming back. Pizza was good but I can spend the same amount and go to one of the other 3 places around here that focus more on customer service.

Eat here often as we have a cabin at the lake. Service is always friendly and the food is very good for a Pizza Hut. I will have the salad bar with the garlic bread and the wife has the spaghetti and it’s yummy.

Wierd location, BOMB pizza. The crust is perfect! We live in chico and drove an hour and a half just for a calzone and bread sticks. You won’t be disappointed! Owned by a sweet older couple, very clean and had ducks game on TV!

It’s been years since I’ve been to a Pizza Factory and I was a fan, so while we were at Lake Almanor, we decided to give this location a try. Sadly, we won’t return to this one.
Firstly, this place is a disgustingly filthy. There was food all over the floors and I watched one of the employees take a dirty, filthy rag and «wash» off the tables by wiping all the food scraps right onto the floor!!!
When our pizza came, it was nice and hot. However, the pizza itself lacked flavor and the three in our party ended up salting the pizza. We ordered a medium and didn’t even finishing it all.
I asked if I could have some pepperoncini and a little container to put some siracha sauce in. I was charged $ 1.50.
The only good thing about this place were the employees. They were incredibly nice.

A pleasant surprise, tasty Chester Special friendly staff and $ 0.25 video arcades. Private parking lot good size dinning rooms reasonable prices.

This place is very friendly and nice. The pizza is delicious, but is slightly overpriced. The place has many features like big tables and arcade machines which makes it a good place to throw a party. It’s also a good place to stop by and eat if you are visiting Lassen National Park.

Ok pizza. Over priced. Customer service is great. One of the workers (I assume the manager) have my kid a balloon.

I don’t like pizza. Everything felt uncomfortable and it’s too hot.

Your dinner options are limited in Chester after 7 pm, so we were just glad to find a place that was still open & really didn’t have terribly high expectations for it. The pizza was actually pretty darn good, though! Definitely American hand-​tossed style (as opposed to NY /​Chicago /​Italian /​etc.), with fresh, tasty toppings and yummy crust. Beer offerings were limited, but they did have Blue Moon so we went with that. There was also a decent-​looking salad bar (though we didn’t partake). The girls working there were friendly, the food was out fast, & the dining room was clean & well-​stocked. A nice, safe bet if you need a fast, tasty dinner (particularly if you’re on the late-​ish side of things as small towns go).

Great pizza and a good salad bar. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone staying in Chester.

If you’re craving for a pizza, go to the Pizza Factory, but honestly, there’s nothing memorable about the pizza. It’s decent, if pizza is what you’re wanting. The salad bar is fresh and tasty. The atmosphere is nice and open, but comfortable. As far as I know, this is the only pizza in Chester, so I guess you can’t be too picky. Chester’s Pizza Factory is A-​OK.

I had dinner here with my brother on my last night in the area. I think their slogan is «We toss ‘em, they’re awesome» or something close to that.
We ordered the ham and onion pie. Service was pretty good and the pizza was definitely decent for the price. The ham was diced real small but not greasy or fatty and the onions were sliced in rings, not too many and just sweet enough.
Their crust here was pretty good but it was missing the «char» I crave when I am out and about in a «za» mood. It had a nice bite and did taste decent (not like flat cardboard crap you can get in plenty of other places) and was thin enough but still fairly airy. The sauce they use was pretty good as well but again nothing that really stands out.
I’d have to say overall for this area the pizza here is a good meal at a reasonable price.

this place is awesome! Good quality fresh food daily and caters to the lunch crowd with fresh bread sticks and pizza slices M-​F. If Sandy is still there, she will take good care of you! It moved years ago from the bowling alley shopping center and it is in a more central location
