Great service! I had a deadbolt break; they were able to come out the next day and fixed it easily. They gave me the option of just replacing the bolt, instead of the entire lockset, which saved me a bit of money. They also solved lingering problems with three doors in just a few minutes.

DONOTUSE. Kurt’s changed both locks on my front door. Only one worked. When I called to have it fixed(took literally 5 seconds to fix), I was charged another $ 65 service call fee. When I called the office to explain the lock never worked and was a simple fix, she was rude and said perhaps I did something myself to cause the lock not to work. She said to give the service man my check and if the owner decided to, they would return my check. My check was cashed the next day. VERY disappointed with this customer service.

I was amazed at the service by Kurts. I had a Sentry Safe DSW5840 piece of junk safe. It had broken because the handle has plastic gears. I called around and found a lot of scam artists with mobile locksmith services and one guy came in without tools, was rude and extremely unprofessional. I was quite frustrated and I called SentrySafe to give me names of a reliable locksmith. One of the names was Kurts Locksmith Service. They came in on time with a truck that had their name and logo on it. The technician Brian was a true professional and very polite gentleman. He did the job quick and I was charged less than the initial estimate because it did not take long. I am so pleased that in this day and age you can still find good quality, honest people.
