Kj’z Wings and Ale

We love kj’s!!! The wings and sauces are the best. It’s a great place to watch the game, grab a beer with friends, or take the family in for a meal. The service is always great as well.

There are hardly any restaurants I would write a review for, but KJs is exceptionally worth it! The wings are amazing, low country dry rub MMmm!!! Lots of beer choices on tap, and great prices! Service is always great!!! I need to try other things on the menu, but the consistently awesome goodness of the wings makes it too tough to deviate.

Got served raw chicken sandwich and the manager had us pay because my wife took a bite and she said it was eaten. .lousy

I really dig this joint. I find myself in Chester, SC often due to its proximity to Skydive Carolina. Wings have always been nice and hot. If you haven’t tried the «Stupid» sauce… make sure to give it a whirl. Great flavor and a bit spicier than your normal wing joints. Large menu lets you mix it up. Both were great! Staff is amazing. Danny, the owner, goes above and beyond to take care of you. Melissa and Shelby keep the conversation, food, and beer flowing.

I can’t say enough about this place. The atmosphere is inviting and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. There is outdoor seating and they even will welcome your dog with a nice bucket of water! (On the patio, of course!)
They have a good selection of beers on tap, and the best prices on some of the import bottles.
Let’s just get serious for a minute, though, and talk about their wings. They have an enormous selection of sauces, from «old willie» plain-​fried style to my personal favorite, super honey-​hot… and EVERYTHING in between (even a peanut butter and jelly style, which I haven’t been bold enough yet to try!!). They’ve got it all. And they are ALL GOOD. Be warned: If you order it hot, make sure to order enough beer to compensate!
I have also tried a couple of the burgers. Most of the time when I order one, though, I have to take home a doggy bag because the burger was too much for one sitting. The raw fries are crispy and flavorful. like homemade potato chips, and just wonderful in either ketchup or malt vinegar (my favorite)!
I have never had a moment of bad service here, and I eat here quite a lot– once or twice a week. The waitresses all know mine and my boyfriend’s beer preference and have it ready when we come through the door. or step foot on the patio.
This is the ONLY place to eat in Chester, y’all.

The food here is amazing and so are the staff. The new location is slightly further for me but it’s bigger and the food is just as good. :)
