I ordered a call ahead pizza to pick up in an hour. When I arrived on apparently a slow night the staff was all in the back on their phones talking about football. I got my pizza and was dismayed to find it was cold and undercooked. I assume my phone ahead order was prepared far too early.
The cheese was not close to cooked to the ideal golden, slightly browned look that I’ve experienced at other Domino’s establishments. Would avoid this location.

Poor Quality. We had ordered two pizzas and we’re surprised to find all the toppings were to one side of the pizza. We had called to complain and the manager told us that If you order new York style that is what you have to expect and that was where it wnded. Thus is very sad and dint like that I will need to go elsewhere as there are no good pizza delivery places in the area that deliver. Sorry guys that’s the last time this one gets my money.

We ordered two subs… A steak and cheese and a chicken Parmesan. It took at least an hour to get here… We ordered online… They were cold when they got here… Actually pretty nasty. We nuked them to see if they we’re salvageable… But Nope… Just plain nasty. We threw out half of one of them because we thought we would be sick. The delivery man was very nice… And it was a rainy night, so props to him… But this will be our last Dominos order. Waste of $ 20. Still feeling sick. Yuck!

The pizzas were hot, done correctly and ready when I got there.
The mushroom and onion pizza was a little undercooked (I like mine a little burned, so that’s preference not anything more), the second pizza I hit perfect.
This store is small but gets the job done.
I’d ignore the other ravings about this store being terrible, I think it’s just a store with regular people running it, trying to make a days wage, and sometimes these imperfect humans make mistakes.
For my first visit here for a $ 7 pizza? The service is spot on! :D

This place is ridiculous. It says all over the website that they are open until midnight. We ordered online at 11:30 and got a phone call that said they aren’t doing any more deliveries tonight. Really? What might the manager think of losing a $ 30 sale because someone is too lazy to call the driver back? We were also informed that we were not able to pick up the pizza in store either. Lindsey is the person we spoke to on the phone, and I will be calling her manager directly tomorrow to complain. Avoid. Why would you give these people any money? Run very poorly. A manager should know what is going on here.

I was told that I was called and that my address was a «fake address» by the manager, who seemed to be someone named Lyndsay. I don’t have any missed calls and was paying attention to my phone for an hour after I placed my order. After that hour, I called the store and had a pretty unpleasant conversation with Lyndsay, who told me my correct phone number after I asked what number they had. Lyndsay said they tried to call me and couldn’t get into contact, and that my address was fake because she and another person had failed to find my address with their GPS. I ordered online, and the website chose this store and said that Megan left the store at around 10:45 and delivered my order around 11:30. No pizza or wings, and I’m out $ 15 until the money is credited back to my account. Unprofessional communication and very frustrating experience.

Never got order, called to cancel and requested refund! Order placed at 8:21 Pm and it is 9:02 still no order and Lindsey indicates it will be about 10 more minutes before its here. RIDICULOUS!!!
We have tried to give this location a chance for two years and every time they either mess up our order or it never gets here. This place is the ABSOLUTE PITS!!!

Deliveries are consistently late even though I live less than 5 minutes from the store, the store manager is less than pleasant and helpful and offered nothing but excuses. My latest pizza came almost an hour late, cold, and inedible. The drivers are cool, but the manager seems to be the problem as he sent a driver out to deliver almost 20 minutes away before hitting me on the way back, less than 5 minutes from the store. The driver even seemed confused as to why… and then confessed that this ‘William’ fellow is a poor manager and nobody likes working for him… again, explaining why its such a poorly run establishment.
