Club One

Love this gym! The classes are awesome, there are so many to choose from. I do my best to get to at least one class a day. The locker room is very clean. HIIT and Kick, Spin, and Zumba are my absolute favorite classes. The instructors are very enthusiastic.

Excellent trainers and the gym is clean! Equipment is maintained. Classes are exceptional.

Great gym — they keep it very clean, machines are in great working condition. Love the fact that they have a «Women’s Only» section for dumbbells and machines. It’s very quiet and usually not busy up there.
I haven’t been to any of the classes but have heard from friends that they are very good. I’ll make it a point to try one or two and come back and write my personal experience.
The childcare is awesome. The ladies are amazing and my kids love it in there. My oldest son pressures me into going to the gym just so he can go to the childcare and play. The area is really big and they have tons of toys and activities for every age.
They are adding a pool, hopefully in the near future, and that will be icing on the cake!
