Clockwork Learning Center Chester

Do NOT trust any of the child care centers affiliated with Clockwork Learning! We recently had our son enrolled in the Manhattan location, but because of the absolutely APPALLING care for the center (not the staff, the actual center itself) and the dismal appearance of the facility, we decided to pull our son out ASAP.
Thank GOD we did. The center had not only failed numerous health checks with the Board of Health, but actually CLOSED with no heads up to the parents! As it is closed, you can say that they removed a center that was not working for them and the rest of the corporation is fine.
THIS IS WHERE THIS REVIEW KICKS IN! We had a HORRIBLE experience with the center we chose, but even WORSE was the treatment from corporate! I have tried for the past FIVE weeks to get in touch with someone at the corporate level and NO ONE has responded. I have emailed, used their online form, called, etc — and radio silence is all I have received!
We are DEMANDING that half of our deposit is returned to us as we had to remove our son due to the disgusting conditions at the center — it was a HEALTH ISSUE, not convenience! And they have not even ATTEMPTED to reach out to us! It is absolutely ridiculous that they are fully aware of the situation that they put the parents of the NY enrollees in, and have not PROACTIVELY reached out — let alone REACTIVELY!
I warn you — do NOT trust this company with the safety and lives of your children! God forbid you are put in a bad situation with them, because they will be of NO use or help!
