I haven’t such yummy ribs such as at Charlie B in a long time. Folks don’t expect to walk in a five star restaurant but do expect to have great food. I have had the bbq wings, pork ribs and beef ribs. I can tell you that the beef ribs were on point, tender, not fatties and to best the meat just felt off the bone… mmmmm!
Charlie bbq is a small family owned business that will deliver delicious sweet potatoeswith marshmallow, meats to die for and the side are yummmmm! if it wasn’t that I have to diet soon I would or could eat here every day.
