Came here to order awnings only to finds out only the owner can help, and he’s only available one day a week. Awnings are prominently displayed on both their website and the storefront, but go here on a Saturday and you are out of luck.
Yeah, I get it that awnings are probably not a hot commodity, but why pretend to sell them at all if only one, rarely available person is trained to sell them. And sure, I get that you’ll go to someone’s home to show them the options and do the measuring, but if that’s the case, state that firmly on your website and in your stores before I waste hours driving to and from your store!

I have been a customer of Breslow Bros. for the past 10 or so years. Recently I purchased a few gallons of paint and asked the person helping me to enter the color in my purchase history. He commented that they switched to a new tracking system and needed to reenter all my personal information. I asked about my purchase history and his reply was:
«All that is lost. You need to take responsibility for your own purchases».
With that remark, I left with the last purchase I will ever make at Breslow Bros.

I purchase a lot of paint as I am an interior designer and decorative painter. I am never disappointed with the selection and quality of service that I receive at Breslow’s. For a small store they offer a great selection of products and have in depth knowledge of how their products will work in different situations. On many occasions they have made suggestions that have saved me money and opened my eyes to new products on the market. One of their specialties is floor products and stains and they can advise you on techniques for refinishing. They offer blinds and window treatments, something you wouldn’t expect from a smaller local store. They can give you old-​fashioned quality service while keeping up-​to-​date with the latest changes in paint products. I can go to other stores, but I don’t. I highly recommend this store.
