Recently, my alarm stopped working. It beeped irregularly and once went off, which is naturally annoying. Darren is awesome and is almost always on the end of his phone. He had to come over twice to attempt to fix it. He went into my crawl space etc. A month later I got a bill. I was a little confused because I’d never received a bill for any of the service calls he had made. I figured this time was no different. Apparently this was different because he did maintenance work(rodents had chewed through the wire in the crawl space). I wasn’t given an estimate or told this was any different when the work was being done, so I was a bit put out. So, I called and asked about it. The lady I spoke to said she would look into it and get back to me. Two months later I get a repeat bill with no response. I called and a lady said my service didn’t include maintenance. Ok… I have to look at my agreement, but I found that all a little unusual.
