Great food excellent service and affordable prices. We go there or order from Lemon tree once or twice a week.

This is a quick, great Chinese/Thai restaurant. The Thai Basil with chicken is fantastic, with lots of unique flavors playing together into a strong dish. Thai drunken noodle is also a flavorful choice. Service is quick and attentive. Portion sizes are large and full of meat and vegetables. Great balance in each of the dishes I have tried.

Each table receives a bowl of wonton chips and sweet and sour sauce. I think this is sort of a weird appetizer. It’s very greasy and plain. But it is nice to have something to munch on at the start of the meal. We ordered the Pad Thai. It’s a well executed classic pad Thai. Noodles were tender and firm. The balance of savory and crunchy and sweet was pretty accurate. This was a good, reliable dish. It didn’t shock me or impress me enough to give five stars. Seems like this Lemon Tree does solid classic American Asian food pretty well.

Ate here tonight for the first time. Had chicken satay and Roki for apps. Try the Roki — very tasty! Entrees included Mongolian Beef and Land & Sea Hunan Style. Both excellent. Service was professional and prompt. We loved the experience and will definitely return.

So hungry for Thai red curry! Perfect spiciness and very fresh vegetables and succulent shrimp. Perfect dinner. My son had the shrimp with broccoli and loved it.(he’s 8, small victory for mom)

Keep up the good work! We love your food. And thank you for delivering to us! Only wish Pad Thai had a little more sauce but everything else we get is great!

Quality chinese/thai food! I’m generally there once a week for their lunch specials which is a real deal for the quality & quantity of food for around 6 bucks. The gal who owns the restaurant is such a pleasure to deal with. She’s always helpful & friendly! There is truly nothing to complain about.

FINALLY — a great Asian restaurant in the area! We’ve had take-out several times, and each time was great. We’ve mainly stuck with the ‘American-ized’ dishes, but we are looking forward to the traditional Chinese dishes as well. The food is always hot, fresh, and tasty. The rice is cooked well, but not overcooked, certainly not crunchy like others places in the area. The Mei Fun is also cooked perfectly. The veggies are crisp and fresh. The sprouts have a nice crunch too. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They’re definitely NOT gruff and dismissive like at the much touted handynasty. Just writing this review make me want to return for more!

Got take out this evening. I had the triple cup chicken and small wonton soup, wife had Sesame Chicken. The Sesame chicken was moist and juicy with a great brown sauce that wasn’t the typical over sweet ones. The Triple cup was excellent, big peices of meat, great flavor. The wonton soup was one of my favorites, not greasy and«fake» tasting like other places. The wontons are small pork and shrimp ones that don’t come in the soup which I liked. I compare the place so far to Han, however my wife likes LemonTree better. I have to try some more of the dishes but so far it’s well worth the drive for me.

Great place. Have gotten pickup twice and ate in with friends once. One of my friends has a shellfish allergy and we all ordered the wonton soup. Our server asked us if it was ok that the wontons have shrimp in them without knowing about this allergy and we were very grateful that they asked as that could have been a horrible situation! All of the dishes that I have had from here have been great including soups/apps and various items from the Szechuan and thai sections of the menu. I plan on returning here when I am next craving some good quality, tasty chinese food!

3.5 they did a wonderful job with the interior. The service was gracious. The food was rather bland, but it’s worth another visit. The Singapore noodles need some ramping up.

Saw the reviews and had to check it out. What a surprise, excellent food, great presentation, nice and clean atmosphere. We had the sweet and sour chx, Mongolian beef. Both tasted like nothing we have ever gotten before from any Asian restaurant, this was very fresh and tasted top notch. And the orange that comes with your check is a great idea. They won me over big time.

This is one of those restaurants that fills the void left by the all-too-common culinary ‘paint by numbers’ places. Nice owners/staff, attractive décor, excellent food, interesting menu, attention to small details and cleanliness make this a top choice for Asian/Thai/Japanese. Had Tom Yum soup, shrimp roll and chicken with hot green pepper.(Also had Thai Basil Chicken on 2nd visit.) The ingredients were very fresh and well prepared(including, as no small matter, the brown rice we ordered). And it was nice to eat a shrimp roll that didn’t taste like it was cooked in oil dating back to the civil war. Even the collateral elements — dish presentation/garnish and complimentary duck sauce & crispy wonton strips– stand out, in a good way.

Let me start out by letting everyone know that this place is AWESOME! I will even dare to say that it rivals the likes of establishments like Han Dynasty. I know that this is a strong statement, so allow me to defend it: I was hungry for Chinese so I ordered lunch from here the other day. They offer an extensive list of lunch specials that are available Monday-Saturday, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you receive. Much like my beloved Han Dynasty, there are options for the American style dishes and the authentic Chinese style dishes. They even offer Thai dishes, which I was very excited about. I would advise you go with the authentic Chinese, but after trying the food from here I don’t think you could go wrong either way! I couldn’t decide between Thai or Chinese, so I got one of each. For the Chinese dish, I had the Pork with Garlic Sauce. This one knocked my socks off! The vegetables and meat were very fresh, and the flavors were bold but not overwhelming. This is where it differs from Han, not overpowering with szechuan spice. Just enough spice to make the ingredients blend together perfectly. For the Thai dish, I tried the Yellow Curry Chicken over white rice which was equally as tasty. Each lunch special also came with a choice of soup, so I got the Won Ton and the Hot and Sour. The won tons had both pork and shrimp in them, and they were fresh and delicious. The hot and sour was as good as anywhere else I’ve tried it from. I got so much food for under $ 14 that I could only eat half, which means I had enough for the next day’s lunch. Believe it or not, the leftovers tasted even better! Overall, I was very pleased with the food. So much so, that this may be my new go-to authentic Chinese spot over Han Dynasty. Next time I go I will dine in, as the décor seemed very elegant and comfortable. I will be back soon(and often).

The food here is amazing! I have been looking for a good local Chinese restaurant since I moved to the area a year and a half ago. Everything is extremely fresh and tasty. We had the egg rolls, wonton soup, chicken with garlic sauce and general tso’s. Each had a very unique yet delicious flavor. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone! They should really consider delivery!

A lovely little surprise. Every time I walk through the door I am blown away by the Zen-like ambiance. Truly a diamond in the rough. The staff /ownership is attentive and willing to differentiate recommendations based on simple description of what you like. The food is delicious. Try the Mongolian Beef… or anything else. This is my first referral on Unilocal or anywhere.

I should start by saying that my husband and I have been on a quest to find good Chinese since moving here 2 years ago. Happy house is terrible, we aren’t fans of Margaret kuos and hot wok. Guos and ginger Asian were just ok. We’ve been meaning to get to lemon tree and see what it was like. From the moment we walked in, the waitress was extremely nice, attentive, and patient as she explained differences between some of the authentic Chinese dishes. The fried noodles weren’t stale(win), and the soups were good. The wonton wasn’t too salty and the wontons were some of the tastiest I’ve had in the area. The egg drop soup was also not too salty, and a good thickness– not too soupy, but not like eating jelly soup. For entrees, I had the chicken with string bean lunch special and my husband the Kung pao. The chicken with sting beans was amazing! The beans were done perfectly. The chicken was done well and not scary looking at all. The brown sauce was extremely tasty and not too thick and in an appropriate amount. The white rice was cooked to a perfect texture as well. For the Kung pao, it wasn’t too spicy which allows you to appreciate the flavors of the dish. The chicken and vegetables were cooked appropriately and the dish looked amazing with the array of colors. We will definitely be coming back to dine in again or take out and try the general tso’s and have the kids rate the lo mein!

Great Chinese food! I’ve been here a couple times and you can’t go wrong! One time for take out and the second time to dine in. Very nice and cozy atmosphere and the food is awesome. Definitely recommend over happy house across the street, come here instead!
