Poor customer service. I have not been contacted in a month for items that were to be sold from a liquidation. I called after a month of no word to be told that someone would be contacting me the next day. No one called me back so I called back to get the same response that someone would call me. My call was handle in a way that seemed annoying to the man that answered the phone. I have dealt with many auction houses in the area and have never had this type of response. There will NOT be a next time for these auctioneers.
