Yoshi’s Japanese Steak & Seafood

Food was good, large portions. Had the chicken veggies and noodles. The wait staff was very polite and apologetic. They served drive thru before the restaurant so we waited about 25 min for food and they forgot to one of our 6 dinners. The inside really needs a refresh — next time we will just do drive thru.

Decent place to eat for the price. Nice employees and food is good. If you like Japanese/​Chinese food this is great place to eat. They also have a drive through window if you are in a rush.

Your choice at Yoshi’s is pretty much Hibachi or Teriyaki-​style meat or shrimp with either rice or stir-​fry noodles. With chicken, steak, vegetables, shrimp and pork, there are lots of combinations. Teriyaki is sweeter; hibachi is more soy-​based. Most dishes come with a 4-​oz container of «shrimp sauce» which tastes very much like thousand island dressing. They also come with sweet carrots. There are a couple of specials that look mildly interesting. Flavors and cooking are average, and made pretty neutral for this small town setting. Vegetables in the dishes were fresh.
Yoshi’s also serves a 16oz Bubble tea (really more like a bubble smoothie) for $ 3.50. You can choose from coconut, taro, strawberry, honeydew, blueberry and maybe one more. The «bubbles» of course take a few minutes to thaw before serving, so you’ll have to wait for your shake. Prices for menu items are very reasonable.
