Con artists! I was sold 4 used tires that I was told had 75% tread. The lady at the desk knew that I was about to take a 6 hour road trip with 2 toddlers. As I drove, my car started shaking. I stopped at a mechanic shop who told me I needed new tires. It wasn’t until then that I measured the tread on the tires and noticed they were BALD!!! A week later on my way back home, I called Tire Corral and made an appointment to have them look at the tires. I figured everyone makes a mistake. Bonnie, the service writer, told me it was a good time to come in. I ended up sitting in their waiting room for over an hour. Bonnie went home and left me alone in the waiting room. It was only 3pm. I noticed a woman pulled up who was interested in tires. She received help right away. I was FURIOUS at this point. I ended up yelling at the manager, as it became apparent to me that the manager was waiting for me to leave the shop. The manager then also went home and left me with a technician who did not speak English to signal with the shrug of his shoulders that there wS nothing they could do for me. Do yourself a favor and do not go here!!!
