I came to this location after being hassled by another U-haul location in the area over something rather petty. «Night and day» experience is all I have to say! You walk in this location at 664 Woodlake Dr. and can tell its a more professionally run establishment. The desk clerks and the lot workers have communication devices which help things run more efficiently. The inside of the building is cleaner and better set up than any U-haul I’ve seen. If this place isn’t too far out of your way, you should definitely try to make your reservation here.

Not a good location Robert likes to abuse his authority… We had a distraught sailon facing deployment first we had a very hard time renting a truck which frustrated us then we misplaced the key and couldn’t turn the veichle til 4 days the location added miles on our contract charged us a cleaning fee placed us on e-alert indefinitely and charged our card fraudulently through another location when we paid cash everytime we try to dispute customer service hangs up we have rented from them for 3 years… Dont rent from them or the mechanic shop down the street

I was returning a trailer that I had rented in West Virginia but brought back to this location today. I pulled into the equipment return lane and within 2 minutes someone came out to help me.
The man was very courteous and fast. He unhooked the trailer, unseated it from the hitch, gave me back my power adaptor and I was on my way within 5 minutes! My wife couldn’t believe I was coming home so fast.
Just this one experience impressed me. I would use them over and over based on that! Great job!
