So months have passed and as we thought, the owner is nothing but BAD BUSINESS. still he never responded or came back as he insisted he would. Even though he took my mother’s money n ran with it. I hope no one has the misfortune of allowing this man to take advantage of them!

I have used the Repair Guy a couple of times over the past several years. Most recently as a month ago. He’s an honest hard working guy and a straight shooter who looks out for the customer. He seems to enjoy sharing his knowledge of the industry with customers too, as well as giving advice on other appliances, like telling me I should have surge suppressors on my refrigerator and clothes washer.

WOW! The service here is FANTASTIC. I called at least 3 appliance repair numbers and did not get one person to answer the phone or call back. The first try I got Marcello (the owner). Immediately, he answered my questions and set up a time to come out.
He was on time, and tried his best to save me money with used parts. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and well stocked with parts. I cannot recommend him enough!
