The Children’s Place

I give this place all 5 stars because of the super nice spirits the employees display every time I shop here. One in particular, Tiffany, such a sweet young lady. And when I say she knows the store, SHE KNOWS THE STORE! She doesn’t mind answering a multitude of questions anyone has and I’ve yet to see her without a smile.
But aside from Tiffany, all the employees are helpful and willing to help you when needed. They aren’t pushy, and if you need a coupon they usually have one around… on a good day!
This store is located inside Chesapeake square mall towards the the Target end, but just a few shops from the food court. You definitely can’t miss it. The store is always bright and neat. But it is definitely crowded. Either more space is needed or some items need to be moved out or displayed differently.
There are no shopping carts in the store, but they do offer shopping bags for your convenience… very necessary. Especially, if they have an awesome sale going on.
Right now the store is pretty much 40% off but the selections of kids clothing has diminished in recent years. About 3 or 4 years ago I used to love coming here for my little girl. Nowadays, (she’s 8) I tend to frequent other shops. Nevertheless, when they have a sale it’s definitely worth the visit.
Easy return policy. Sign up for place rewards to earn points towards purchases. If this location doesn’t have what you are looking for, one of the ladies will call a nearby location without hassle.
Love it here, but a little more sprucing is needed.
