Restorative Physical Therapy

This is a very good place to do physical therapy. They have a very knowledgeable staff who is friendly and helpful. This is my second time coming here.

I have had PT with J Rose Integrative Therapy twice in the last 4 years. Both experiences were highly professional, personalized and very successful. Justice, her therapy dog, is sweet and gentle. All her clients look forward to seeing him. I would definitely recommend this practice for physical therapy and wellness needs.

OMG! How is this place allowed to be in business??? I’d really like to give no stars but the site wouldn’t let me.
I was visiting a few relatives in the VA Beach area for an extended period of time and needed some quick relief for my lower back. I was in a bad car accident a few years back and ever since then, I have had some residual pain that has been intensifying within the past year. I just looked up physical therapy offices in this area and this was the first one that popped up, so I decided to give it a try. BIG MISTAKE! As soon as I come into the office, a 100 pound dog leaps onto me out of nowhere! Yes, you read right, a DOG in a medical office! I screamed at the top of my lungs (or at least tried to since I had already been suffering from some allergies issues earlier that day and so my voice was fading fast. Plus I’m EXTREMELY allergic to dogs) and this lady comes running out of one of the rooms. She asked what was the matter and I said, UM, what’s the matter? Why is there a dog in here. She said it’s a therapy dog. I said, how is a dog going to fix my bad back? She just looked at me as if I was crazy! Well she was the crazy one. She looked dirty with paw prints all over her and had a scowl on her face. She continued to give me a dirty look for about 10 more seconds and then just (later I found out that her name is Jennifer Watson and she is the owner and therapist at this place) went back into her room. What kind of establishment is this??? I gather myself together and went up to the front desk and told them to cancel my appointment because there was no way I was going back there!
