As an Agent & Broker of 21 years in Hampton Roads, I have never experienced such terrible communication and service in follow through with a Termite Company. First, they were requested to perform a termite/​moisture inspection on a muddy crawlspace, and refused to do it for a week because they didn’t want to get their nails dirty! Another reputable Company completed the inspection almost immediately, but we needed two inspections. This affected the entire escrow. Then a week later, an attic inspection was scheduled a week in advance on another property with their secretary. Secretary stated that it was a bit out of their servicing to inspect an attic at all because «the guys don’t carry ladders and don’t inspect the rafter areas»… But she would schedule a special service the following week to complete the request. The day of the inspection the inspector called clueless to the conversation with the scheduling secretary, and was refusing to complete the inspection. He was combative and rude. His name is Duane Lassiter. My Firm will no longer be using this outfit. Beware!!!

Dan from Reliable visited my house today. (On a saturday) He was very nice, and showed up on time. He told me exactly what was going on and where the animal was coming in. I’m pleased with the service!
