I had them conduct an extensive installation of an AVIC-​6000NEX among other custom options on a Toyota Corolla. The result? A perfect job done in under 2 hours. This shop takes a great pride in their work and pays attention to small details. The gromets installed from the GPS head-​unit into the grommets that were drilled into the glove compartment were very, very smoothly done — I was thoroughly impressed. Though this shop is a bit of a drive away from where I live, I plan on returning to them to have future work done sine they’ve won me over as a loyal customer.

Made appointment to purchase a viper security and smart start system last Saturday. Went in Friday morning for appointment and was told I had to wait to see if another guy was coming from North Carolina to get work on his car… That is my issue for what? I told the counter guy I want the Viper LED flat square light not the little round LED. I was told that the piece is 16.00 and it would be 25.00 to put it in… really I was already set to pay 690.00 for the alarm. Then they really say pay another 25.00 to add a light they would have to install anyway??? The owner said hey you can have your money back so guess what took it and left! This is how petty he is and treat military. By the way I was told the owner will laugh at you if you ask about military discount by the counter guy. I guess they people walking in everyday for a 700 dollar car alarm… Must be making to much money? Well they won’t get no more of mines. BTW they just did a Recon light bar about 2 weeks before for me and changed that price during installation as well for additional 40.00 because they didn’t know what it entailed at first… They look like Pros but Uhhh… My advice stay away turn down 700 dollars over 20 dollars for something you would have to do anyway. GLAD I got my money back and walked away! You should do the same! Owner seems rather cocky dont believe that just talk to him he acts like he doing you a favor. He knows most of the revenue in the area is military and actually has an article up in the store like he supports well I’m here to say NOT! Go elsewhere u won’t be sorry. we work to hard for our money and deserve better service especially with upscale [Premier prices]!

Went in today to see about getting a new radio, and rear camera installed on my Chevy Tahoe. The young man i was speaking to kept texting on his cell phone while i was trying to get info and ask questions. i later find out that was the MANAGER!!! i will NOT be going back to that place.

Horrible customer service, went on a Tuesday to check on tinting, told just show up no appointments, takes an hour, I showed up Saturday when they opened the doors and they said sorry 5 cars ahead of you can’t get to you today, maybe their time is not important but mine is, and they will not make appointments NOT RECOMMENDED!

This store has no customer service. Rude as f*ck and the prices is ridiculously too much. Don’t waste your money. Go to pep boys. They are way cheaper!

Stopped by to have an aftermarket radio installed in my 2006 Tacoma. Service was quick and professional. After the install, time was taken to go over the new radio and ensure that I knew how it worked. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you are in the market for a new radio or system, this is the only place to go.
