It’s VERY difficult to get them on the phone. They mainly use a voice recording, saying that are at lunch«ALLDAY!» If it’s not that recording, then it’s a recording of them saying that they are on the other line. Each voice recording does ask for you to leave a message but it «ALWAYS» takes them forever to call you back. Sometimes I have to call them back, after they have yet to do so in a timely manner or in the time frame that they had indicated, that they would do so, to begin with. They usually«WILLNOT» have any appointment openings, any sooner then 3 weeks away, from the day that you call. So make sure to book an appointment in advance. They do have walk in appointments but they charge you allot. Walk in appointments«WILLNOT» be covered by your insurance provider, they make it an out of pocket expense for you. Lastly, no matter what time your appointment is set for, you will usually«ALWAYS» have to wait because they are always running behind. They do though on the other hand, have a Nurse Practitioner that comes in on Mondays, so if you are in desperate need to see someone, they do «sometimes» have openings available. BUT let me express to you, from my own personal experience, «Dr. King» is GREAT! She listens to you and she is very easy to open up to. She always takes everything you say into consideration. And she will go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. SHEDOESABSOLUTELYAMAZING with children and truly listens to the parents concerns, which is something I really like. Dr. King also listens and hears what the child has to say as well. I have also dealt with the Nurse Practitioner and she is also great and very easy to work with. It’s the front desk that makes this Doctors Office terrible to deal with. Sad because I really LOVE the help you recieve once you get past the other stuff, leading up to the appointment. I GAVEIT3 stars because the Dr’s and NURSE is what makes this office appealing and makes me stay with them. You just have to be on top of and consistent with the Front Desk staff. And Just A Little FYI: They do not take«Care Credit.» Not sure if that is something that you may need to use.
